What is your shipping, returns, and exchange policy?
We want you and your pet to be absolutely thrilled with your Wild Fern Goods purchase! We do accept returns and exchanges of unused, unworn merchandise. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If local to San Francisco and you’d like to drop off a return/exchange for free, please reach out!
We currently only ship to the US. Shipping rates and timeframes vary and will be calculated during checkout. Please note that some items are made on-demand, so could take 2-5 days for production.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a refund or a replacement item. Please note that all pet items should be used under supervision, and that NO pet toy is indestructible (no matter what a manufacturer might claim). We do not replace items that have become damaged due to normal wear and tear.
Do you take custom orders?
YES, I absolutely love making custom work! Whether its a multi-color square bed, or a huge purple bandana for your St. Bernard, I’d love to work with you to make your pet dreams come true!
